How many photos/videos do I get?

When making your booking request, specify the minimum number of photos and/or videos (edited vs. unedited) you want at the time of the booking under Additional Details.

Will my photos/videos be edited?

Some talents offer editing while some do not. Most of them note this on their profile. Feel free to indicate your editing needs on your booking request (under Additional Details) so your talent knows your requirements before accepting the booking.

When do I receive my photos?

You should get your photos/videos according to the delivery time specified at the time of booking. If you selected 24 hours, talent should upload them to the event album or send you a link within 24 hours after the event ended. The delivery time options are instant, 24 hours, 3 days or 1 week.

How do I look for talent?

Use explore to search by your event location or type of shoot. Use search if you want to use more search filters like hourly rate, experience, delivery time, etc.

What if my search didn't return any or only a few?

Consider removing/changing some of the filters or contact us for assistance.

Can anyone book an event?

You must have an approved profile to book. To check your approval status, go to profile, click on settings gear on the top right corner, select approval status.

  • Uploaded profile picture
  • Verified mobile number
  • Payment method entered

Once these three requirements are checked on your user profile, you'll be able to book talent.

Can I contact the talent before I book?

The chat and call features are available after you create a booking request. If you forget to include some details in your booking request or have any questions, feel free to start a conversation with your talent via the send message or call icon under Events so you can work out any details before the talent accepts the booking.

How do I make an event booking?

Find the right talent then begin booking. Enter your event information including your event's full address and event start/end date and times. Under Additional Details, include any information that will help the talent with your event such as:

  • Number of guests
  • Location specific details
  • Minimum number of photos/videos
  • Low-res or hi-res files (or raw)
  • Editing requirements
  • Equipment needed

Review event information as well as cost breakdown before submitting. Allow talent 48 hours to reply, but most reply within a few hours. If you like more than one talent, create an event with each talent and go with who accepts first!

What happens if I have a last-minute event?

Try booking the event anyway. If a talent doesn't respond to your request in a timely manner, create a new event using another talent. You can create as many events as you want using different talents to increase your chances of acceptance. When a talent accepts, other talents can no longer accept the event.

I need multiple talents for a huge event.

Unfortunately, we do not support multiple booking requests for the same time frame per user account at this time. You are welcome to request that another person attending the event use their account to book another talent for the event, but it will be considered a separate transaction.

When is my event considered "booked"?

You will get an email notification once talent accepts your event booking. You can also go to events and under the event, if you don't see this message "talent has not responded", your booking is accepted.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the hourly rate of the talent and the duration of your event. We charge a small sliding service fee to help with our operating costs. The cost breakdown is displayed before you submit your event booking so you will have an opportunity to view the total before your credit card is charged.

When does my credit card get charged?

When your event is approved by the talent and your booking is confirmed, you will be charged for the total cost in order to lock in your talent.

What happens after I receive booking confirmation?

You are all set! Your talent may reach out to you to discuss your shoot or you may also initiate the discussion via call or send message icons under Events.

How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel an event if it has not been approved by the talent. On the app, go to Events, click on the event you wish to cancel. You should see "Cancel This Event" button on the event detail page if it hasn't been approved by the talent. If your booking needs to be cancelled after talent has approved it, contact us with the event details and the reason for cancellation. The amount refunded to you for a cancellation depends on when you request the cancellation. If you cancel 72 hours before your event start, you will receive a refund minus the service fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund beyond the 72-hour window. If the talent cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund.

How do I reschedule an event?

At this time, we currently do not support rescheduling. After reading our cancellation policy above, you may choose to cancel and create a new booking request.

How do I extend an event?

At this time, we currently do not support any changes to an event once it is booked. If the talent is available to continue with the shoot, please create a new event with the additional time needed.

What happens if the talent cancels?

Unfortunately, emergencies do come up. You will get a full refund for the cancellation. Please create another event and book a new talent through the app.

Can I provide feedback for my talent?

We are working on getting ratings and reviews added. In the meantime, please send us your feedback through the app!
